We’ve been SUPER lucky to get to interview such lovely and talented Bright Cool Thing‘s for our wee blog, and today’s headliner is no exception.  We’re absolutely thrilled to introduce you to Mary Kate!  She is the Market Editor for Teen Vogue (SO COOL!) and totally adores her job (EVEN COOLER!).  Mary Kate is responsible for discovering new designers and stores to share with their devoted young readers,  “I’m very passionate about the magazine. Working for a young market gives me so much energy and inspiration.”

Apart from always searching for the next big thing, she also has her very own jewelry line and sells her wares at Inven.tory and Charlotte Ronson, both great boutiques in NYC.  All the jewelry is handmade by Mary Kate and has been featured in top publications like Teen Vogue, Elle, and New York Magazine, just to name a few!

Mary Kate’s love for fashion and everything creative is awe inspiring.  The questionnaire she was kind enough to fill out for us is such a fun read and the photos she shares gives us a glimpse into her fabulous life.  (Seriously, if you’re profiled in The Sartorialist more than once, you are automatically AMAZING in our book.)  Cheers to a woman that girls (both young and not-so-young ) can look up to!
